I’m sure that Mr Orwell would be glad to know that his name is being used by a snake-oil selling internet shyster to peddle his or her not-very-unique brand exploitative bullshit. It doesn’t really seem to tally with any of the themes or ideas explored in any of the great mans works. I don’t remember any passages from 1984, Animal Farm or A Homage to Catalonia extoling the virtues of conning vunerable people by presenting pre-packaged platitudes as get rich quick schemes. He fought and was wounded during the Spanish Civil War as a member of the POUM – anyone reading your page would think he was a right-wing nationalist, hell-bent on Laissez-Faire capitalistism and the destruction of any notion of a fair state.

Very depressing someone of your intelligence would misrepresent one of the great thinkers of the 20th century in such a way simply to impress a few americans and make a quick buck.

I was surprised to see that you mentioned George Orwell but did not mention “1984!” That scared me more than “Animal Farm.” You must’ve read that one. Yikes – yes, he created an emotional response for sure!
