John Ho, I think, suggested I call myself "Consumer Behaviour Expert" and, nowadays, I feel like I can put those particular trousers on (metaphorically speaking - I don't actually own any CBE trousers) and stand tall. Just as importantly, if you ask Google to point you at a "Consumer Behaviour Expert" you'll get my ugly mug fairly high on the list... ok, #1 actually. The recent change in my sign off is an experiment to get myself raised on a second set of keywords - not a sign of a crisis in confidence!
