Do you keep your customers’ problems in mind at all times?
Do you filter relevant and helpful information, share it with your customers in a consistent way, and let your customer know you’re helping them out?

What did you call me? I am very careful about how I gather, process and transmit information because people count on me to be the filter and there is much responsibility with that. I don’t want to drive them off a cliff or into a wall!
